I travel from Horsham to Lewes and on my way into the office had a warning light come on in my car. A colleague recommended Flomar and called them on the off chance someone could help and have a quick look. The gents were friendly and honestly surprised me on agreeing to have a look at the problem straight away. They made a quick diagnosis and somehow managed to fit me in. They were quick to get parts and found a slot to fit them. Greatly appreciated the help in a sticky situation and will highly recommend.

I always go to Flomar. Every member of staff is very friendly and I never feel that uneasyness that I have received from other garages. I always feel confident that I have been charged fairly and for only what I needed. I even got the use of a courtesy car yesterday which was fun because I haven't driven a manual in 5 years. I was about to do an oil change on a Mercedes van but got stuck by not being able to open the oil sump screw! It was worn out and probably was put on too tightly as well. What a desperate situation! I am on a tight schedule. I needed to find a solution for that day. I looked around, and not far from where I was I found FLOMAR! I asked Tony, one of the guys who greeted me on arrival. I explained the situation, doubting whether they were able to help. "No problem!" Tony said. "Come in [straight away] and we'll try to loosen that bolt!" I arrived there with the van, and within 10 minutes a very experienced mechanic popped out, put the van in the right position to work on, put in quite an effort and managed to undo that uncordial screw. My conclusion: this garage represents British craftmanship and skillfulness at its finest. I definitely recommend it!

I've been a customer of FloMar garage for more than 15 years and they have taken care of my cars for that time. They are honest and reliable, when I've had trouble with my car and been given a quote it's almost always what i end up paying and if anything untoward is discovered while the work is being done i'm called and given an update and asked it i want to proceed with the work. I'm mechanically illiterate, but trust their experienced work force and plain explanations. They always take time to explain what ( and why) the work needs to be done and what the problem has been with the car. I've always felt that they give me an honest opinion of the work, it's cost and most importantly, how long it will take to do.

Very friendly, thorough repair to my car. It was expensive but that was down to the work that needed doing and would have been expensive anywhere. Tony kept me informed at all times and was very friendly as was Flo who answered the phone when I called. I hope I won't see them again soon but will return when my car needs work.
